This question is very important because as exciting as it may be to go out and start looking at properties, it’s important for people to have realistic expectations about the kind of home they can afford. The best way to find this out is to talk with a lender about your personal circumstances. 2. Why would I buy in a seller’s market?

Even in a seller’s market, buyers can still find certain advantages. So if you have plans to buy, don’t hold off just because you’re in a seller’s market. 3. Has our team handled multiple offer situations before?

Absolutely. Multiple offer situations are something any experienced agent will know how to handle. When you work with an agent who has the right level of assertiveness, you will be more than capable of overcoming competitive market conditions.
