DAVID ARUSTAMIAN

A real estate broker operating in the sprawling Phoenix Metropolitan area since 2013. He graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship, giving him knowledge that was vital in helping set up his successful Realtor practice. This Fountain Hills home, aka the “Butterfly home,” sold for $3.3 million

A palatial, 22,000-square-foot mansion known as the "Butterfly home" located near the McDowell Mountains in Fountain Hills has sold to a Chinese group called LJ Phoenician. The house is named after the huge, ornate butterfly iron front door that opens into a room with a marble butterfly floor. The estate comes with four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two elevators, an 8-foot glass dome and 18 marble columns. FDavid Arustamian of Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty had the co-listing for the three-story mansion situated on 3.4 acres.
